* With $100,000 ‘s of recent renovations you enjoy a nearly new fully furnished and fully equipped property 3 bed/2.5 bath house plus a fully equipped and totally separate 2nd level apartment (1st level European) with full kitchen separate living room and bedroom and its own washer/dryer with private pool The House: * 3 bed plus 2.5 bath house at the rear of the property * Like new kitchens and bathrooms * Balconies with amazing pool or golf views * TVs in each room * High speed internet * We provide all linen and towels and beach towels * New washer/dryer and laundry room * Tons of storage closet and space The apartment and the media/games room! * 1 bedroom apartment * Full kitchen * its own washer/dryer * Sofa bed in the living room (updated sofa bed photos will be provided after 12.1) * Queen bedroom with on-suite bathroom * Media and games room in converted garage. (Will still have a garage feel) Driveway parking - for 2 cars plus additional on street parking Surrounding area: * There are fantastic restaurants and shops within minutes of the property. * Disney theme parks within 6 miles * Large Publix supermarket within a 10 minute drive The Community: * Reunion is a massive complex with world class golf courses * In order to come into the complex our guests would be asked to go through one of 3 gate houses. Once checked in you can use the key fob to drive straight in. * There is 24 hour security throughout the complex * The complex ownership is between the golf club and the owners. The golf club owns the golf course and club house and several of the pools and waterpark. As owners we and our guests have access to the gym and 4 of the community pools. You also have access to 3 of the on-site restaurants. The use of the facilities of the golf club and facilities is controlled and operated by the club itself. For additional costs and restrictions we ask our guests to contact the club directly.

Other Details to Note

* The pool is fenced. * For all stays there will be a separate breakage deposit of $500 collected within one week of the actual booking taking place. We ask all guests to sign a short term rental agreement at the same time as the deposit collection. * If bookings are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival this deposit wil be non refundable. * For bookings that are of over 20 days in length there is an additional $200 cleaning fee which will be reconciled from the deposit on departure. * Non refundable deposit per stay of $150 per pet. We reserve the right to charge a deep cleaning fee if necessary. * The management fee is a fee for local taxes that will be redistributed to the local city and is non negotiable. * The house sits directly on a golf course in the Reunion community. This is a huge complex covering 3 golf courses. As well as enjoying the amenities of the house, guests can use all facilities designated by the community including the gym and 4 pools. We provide a members fob which provides access to these amenities. It also allows guests access via the entrance gates. The amenities that sits on this complex is split between the ownership of the community lThe golf club owns the golf courses and several pools and the water park within this complex. These are separate entities and entrance into these entities are privately controlled by the golf club. Access to the facilities owned by by the community is via the fob provided at no additional cost. * The management fee is the local tax set at 7% We pay the 1/2%.

House Rules

1. We allow pets but we ask that we are advise which pets that you are bringing before arrival, breeds and sizes. There will be a compulsory non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. We reserve the right to hold the security deposit in full if the pets are not declared prior to arrival and guests may be asked to leave and will be considered in breach of the contract without refund. 2. Guests have the option to have the pool heated in winter. There will be a fixed fee of $30 per night from the time that the heating request is made for the entirety of the remainder of the stay. The price adjustment will be made via the resolution center and we ask that full payment is made before the heating is activated. 3. Membership cards are provided to get in and out of the complex, access to community pools and gym. There will be $100 fee for each lost card. Please note that some of the on site facilities belong to the golf club and our guests only have access to the facilities that belong to the community. 5. Guests use the pool at their own risk. It is enclosed and we ask that you use the closest entrance in and out of the pool by house door. Guests who take down the security fencing will be charged $500 to put it back up. 6. Strictly no parties are allowed 7. Additional cleaning during your stay can be organized direct with the cleaning company at an additional cost. 8. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, starter packs of toilet roll, kitchen towels, soaps, Dishwasher pods etc. We do not provide additional products or items than those provided at the commencement of your stay.

We stayed here for 6 weeks from Dec-Jan and wish we booked it longer. The house with separate apartment worked out great as it was my husbands parents and us. So we took the apartment and they stayed in the main house. House is fully stocked with everything you need and all higher end pots, pans utensils etc which was great for me as I love to cook. Harry was literally at our beckon call if we needed him. We asked about a dresser for the apartment and he ordered one right away and had it delivered to us. The nights got cool and he orders us a heater. He was the best host we ever had and we will for sure be coming back here and keeping in touch with him. We headed to Miami after our stay and he told us to contact him anytime for recommendations or if we needed anything else.

Walk in the door of the main house and first thing is “wow.” Spaciousness and high ceilings and the view all the way through to the back windows of the golf course was impressive. Neighborhood very walkable and safe Little traffic within the complex for kids. Nice to have easy driveway parking right out front for unloading. Plenty of space to fit my people. Nicely decorated and not full of a bunch of bling on end tables and shelves that the kids would run into and break. I was not just clean but had a sense of clean, design-wise, with the modern but comfy furniture, giant kitchen island, table surfaces… all that and, again, the spaciousness gives you the ability to breathe! But it still had a homey feel – way better than a hotel setting where we would have all been on top of each other. The cute coffee station was a really nice touch with everything you needed right there in one spot off the kitchen. Because the house is set back on the property it was like a real get-away, and with the guest house, my parents were able to have their privacy and we could have ours – when we needed it. The guest house is exactly what they needed. Separated from main house it is perfect for the grandparents to spend alone time with the kids for a while. But it’s also like a real house by itself! Very open and comfortable – and a great view of the action in the pool and courtyard. Pool is just big enough to enjoy and with the protective fence, you don’t really have to worry about the kids running around in the yard – that was also a nice touch. And even though there’s a Wa Wa right outside the complex gate, for quick lunches and coffee – and gas – we discovered an area ChampionsGate, a suburban community with all the restaurants and shops and places to do errands. About a 5-10 minute drive. Lastly, I really liked the big walk-in shower, and my partner absolutely loved the big tub – all that in the en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. It was out of the way and private –  like our own a retreat spot.

‘Twas three weeks before Christmas I stayed in Harry’s house Because my children wanted to visit a mouse It couldn’t be any mouse, it had to be Mickey And selecting a house I was choosy and picky. And when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise, It was nicer than I thought and a very good size The best thing is that you get 2 for 1 There’s a second house included, ideal for mum (if for babysitting purposes you brought her along) An older child would love the seclusion Or relative to join in a family reunion In the private garden is a lovely pool In the garage a table for a ping-pong ball The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need And the lounge area is very relaxing indeed I’d never before heard of a place called Kissimmee And booked the house without researching properly But we got lucky and the location was fine Getting to Disney doesn’t take very much time And around and about in a ten minute drive Is a Walmart and shops and places to dine. So the question is, if I return to Disney next year Would I stay somewhere else, or come back here Well after giving this some consideration I can safely say, without hesitation Taking account of the house and location And the importance of getting the right accommodation To make the most of my short vacation And a host who is helpful and responsive too . . . . I would come back here Any maybe you should too.

I have been to Orlando dozens of times, for work and short getaways, but I’d never heard of the Reunion Resort. And now I have to say it’s probably the best resort I’ve ever been to -- anywhere. It’s quick and easy to get to Disney and to see friends in Orlando. The location is just right. This time I was traveling with my sister’s family. We all wanted to be close, but not necessarily in the same house. So what drew us to Harry’s apartment is that it offers basically two houses in one with separate kitchens and a full washer/dryer. It is located directly on the golf course (I don’t play golf but it’s just beautiful). The kids loved the private pool, as we all did! My favorite thing is the living room in the house, because of all the patio doors that all open out to a great view. The house and apartment looked exactly as the photos, if not better. Harry had everything there for us, from soaps to laundry detergent, etc. The properties are in incredible condition, and if you want to walk around, the resort is huge, safe, and pretty. Honestly, it was perfect for us. Overall amazing! We'll be back!
