Stay in one of the most iconic buildings on Biscayne Boulevard. The building is just 10 years old and you have kitchen and fully equipped, washer, dryer, quality wood floors, two balconies, 1.5 bathrooms and your own designated parking space. Cable tv, wifi and roku in the master bedroom.
Good to know
Our guests enjoy a large one bed apartment within this boutique building. Beautiful wood floors throughout. Large living room with dining table and chairs, tv, sofa, and very comfortable queen size sofa bed (one of the best on the market and opens up to a full queen), with additional set of linen. Cable tv and wifi. The living room has its own half bathroom. KITCHEN The kitchen is high quality and you have everything you need, oven, stainless steel oversized fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking and eating utensils. The unit has its own washer/dryer in a utility closet. You have two balconies, one off of the living room and the other off of the bedroom, both with outdoor furniture sets. BEDROOM In the bedroom you have a king platform set with a brand new quality king mattress. tv with blue ray player and netflix. Large closet and on-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has its own bathroom and lots of closet space. PARKING You have your own designated car parking space and is completely gated with an electric gate. Be one of the first to enjoy freshly painted apartment. We are adding color to give it a fresh and newer feel. We are delighted with the results and believe you will be too! We just updated the photos. LOCATION The condo is in a fantastic location to explore Miami. It's a 10 minute drive to south beach, 10 minutes to brickell and downtown, 10 minutes to midbeach, 20/30 mins to Bal Harbor and Avenutura, Biscayne itself has lots of restaurants and amenities. A starbucks across the road, and you can have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner in Balans. This has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! This condo has a feeling of luxury throughout. One of the best units i have stayed in within Miami. We have two identical units in the building. The only difference is that the furniture may vary slightly. Both units are located in the same position in the building, identical kitchens, bathrooms. Both have king beds and a queen sofa bed. You will be given one of the 1 bedroom properties. There is no difference in quality or size. (Both units have been renovated) We offer 30 day minimum rentals.
Other Details to Note
1. We allow pets! $150 per pet per stay. Please notify us before the stay takes place to ensure that we can accommodate. Anyone found to have a pet that does not inform us (regardless of whether they are service pet or not) will automatically be charged $500. 2. No smoking is allowed under any circumstances. If the apartment smells of smoke a deep cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. 3. We do not personally get involved with mail delivery. When a client stays for 3 months or more we will provide one mail box key. (Please organize this with us before you have mail sent as you may have to send to another unit number). Guests that send mail who stay less than 3 months will need to deal with UPPS directly to get your mail from the mailbox. Any arrangements for Fedex, UPS or any other mail provider will be the sole responsibility of the client. 4. The front door keys are custom made for the building. (And are commercial grade) Any key that is lost during your stay or is not left on check out will receive a recutting fee of $200. There maybe a delay of 24 hours to receive a replacement. (You are always given two sets at check in). 5. If deliberate abuse of A/C which leads to freezing ie setting the temperature below 70 degrees we reserve the right to charge up to $500

Just one block away from a great park! The park goes all the way down to the water with lovely views! It has a great farmers market on a Saturday, has tennis court, and children’s play area. The area has gone through a massive transformation over the past 5 years and has one of the hottest and innovative restaurant scenes in the whole of miami. Many with in walking distance. Supermarkets within a 10 to 20 minutes drive up and down Biscyane Boulevard. Convenience shop across the road. CVS within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive. All estimated times dependent on traffic South beach - 20 minute drive Wynwood - 15 minute drive Downtown Miami and Brickell - 15 minute drive Airport - 20 minute drive Aventura - 25 minute drive
