Santa Maria resort is Number 1 on TripAdvisor and regularly obtains awards as one of the best boutique hotels in the US. The property is over the top two levels of a stunning corner townhouse. Overlooking the pool and located on the side walkway which leads directly from the car park into the resort. As an owners unit, you dont pay the daily resort fee of $35 a day. This economic alternative means you wont receive daily cleaning (although you are welcome to upgrade to daily cleaning for an additional fee). You still get full enjoyment of the pool. THE PROPERTY LEVEL 2 The unit itself has been perfectly designed with 3 balconies. 2 of which have fantastic views overlooking the pool! We give you access by remote codes for the duration of your stay. The entrance up a flight of stairs provides a very private experience. You enter into a beautifully appointed living room which consists of a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen at the rear has been fully equipped and includes all eating and cooking utensils. On the same level you can also enjoy a half bathroom, and the unit enjoys its own washer/dryer. There is a balcony directly from the living room with outdoor furniture. LEVEL 3 The upper level has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Each room has its own tv. The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool. We provide linen, bath towels and towels for the pool area

Other Details to Note

We do not charge a daily resort fee. The hotel charges a fee of $35 per day. Due to this daily saving (and additional savings comparative nightly rates) when you book this townhouse with us guests are ONLY entitled to use the the pool (with our towels) and the gym. There are no other hotel amenities that a guest is entitled too. We will provide our guests with pool towels. We can provide daily cleaning at an additional fee Our guests have one car parking space during their stay (the car park is on a first come and first serve basis although there should be one space available per unit and guests are always able to find a space). We will provide a parking permit which we ask our guests to display during the duration of their stay. We ask that our guests leave the permit in the townhouse prior to leaving. There is a $100 compulsory fee for permits which are not left for the next guest. There is also free parking on South Street (directly outside of the Santa Maria and Vernon Avenue. (The next side road) We do not allow smoking inside the townhouse for the enjoyment of everyone. If you are to smoke please do so on the balcony with the doors closed. If the townhouse is effected by smoke in anyway we will charge a deep cleaning fee of $250. Min age of lead guest 25 or over We are unable to hold luggage afer your check out time. We are happy to assist with any items that are left the property. We would ask guests to email a pre paid label. Without receiving a label we charge a $50 handling fee plus postage.

House Rules

* In accordance with the hotel policy we will ask for a copy of the ID of the person booking the townhouse at check in. As we are now moving over to contactless check in, we would ask the person booking (the main lead) to send a photo of your ID via the airbnb system one week prior to arrival. We will request this information via email. * We ask guests provide the accurate number of guests at the time of booking. If this should change before the booking takes place please inform us as soon as you know. A compulsory charge of $200 per person will be charged (after 4 people) if we are not notified. At no time will we allow more than 6 people. If more than 6 people are found at the property you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and the risk to your deposit. Guests that fail to leave the parking permit will be charged $100. We are charged from the hotel and this charge will be directly passed to our guests. This is a strictly no smoking property. If steam cleaning takes place due to smoking there will be an additional fee of $250. Minimum age of lead guest 25 years or older. Due to updated covid protocols from our third party vendor we will not be able to assist with luggage holding before and after each booking.
