Santa Maria resort is Number 1 on TripAdvisor and regularly obtains awards as one of the best boutique hotels in the US. The property is over the top two levels of a stunning corner townhouse. Overlooking the pool and located on the side walkway which leads directly from the car park into the resort. As an owners unit, you dont pay the daily resort fee of $35 a day. This economic alternative means you wont receive daily cleaning (although you are welcome to upgrade to daily cleaning for an additional fee). You still get full enjoyment of the pool. THE PROPERTY LEVEL 2 The unit itself has been perfectly designed with 3 balconies. 2 of which have fantastic views overlooking the pool! We give you access by remote codes for the duration of your stay. The entrance up a flight of stairs provides a very private experience. You enter into a beautifully appointed living room which consists of a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen at the rear has been fully equipped and includes all eating and cooking utensils. On the same level you can also enjoy a half bathroom, and the unit enjoys its own washer/dryer. There is a balcony directly from the living room with outdoor furniture. LEVEL 3 The upper level has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Each room has its own tv. The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool. We provide linen, bath towels and towels for the pool area

Other Details to Note

We do not charge a daily resort fee. The hotel charges a fee of $35 per day. Due to this daily saving (and additional savings comparative nightly rates) when you book this townhouse with us guests are ONLY entitled to use the the pool (with our towels) and the gym. There are no other hotel amenities that a guest is entitled too. We will provide our guests with pool towels. We can provide daily cleaning at an additional fee Our guests have one car parking space during their stay (the car park is on a first come and first serve basis). We will provide a parking permit which we ask our guests to display during the duration of their stay. We ask that our guests leave the permit in the townhouse prior to leaving. There is a $100 compulsory fee for permits which are not left for the next guest. There is also free parking on South Street (directly outside of the Santa Maria and Vernon Avenue. (The next side road) We do not allow smoking inside the townhouse for the enjoyment of everyone. If you are to smoke please do so on the balcony with the doors closed. If the townhouse is effected by smoke in anyway we will charge a deep cleaning fee of $250. Min age of lead guest 25 or over We are unable to hold luggage afer your check out time. We are happy to assist on any items that are left the property. We would ask guests to email a pre paid label. Without receiving a label we charge a $50 handling fee plus postage.

* In accordance with the hotel policy we will ask for a copy of the ID of the person booking the townhouse at check in. As we are now moving over to contactless check in, we would ask the person booking (the main lead) to send a photo of your ID via the airbnb system one week prior to arrival. We will request this information via email. * We ask guests provide the accurate number of guests at the time of booking. If this should change before the booking takes place please inform us as soon as you know. A compulsory charge of $200 per person will be charged (after 4 people) if we are not notified. At no time will we allow more than 6 people. If more than 6 people are found at the property you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and the risk to your deposit. Guests that fail to leave the parking permit will be charged $100. We are charged from the hotel and this charge will be directly passed to our guests. This is a strictly no smoking property. If steam cleaning takes place due to smoking there will be an additional fee of $250. Minimum age of lead guest 25 years or older. Due to updated covid protocols from our third party vendor we will not be able to assist with luggage holding before and after each booking.

This place is perfectly nestled at the end of Simonton and Duval a block from the mile marker 0. An easy 20 min walk to the sunset side of key west, close to all the historic attractions and an easy evening stroll down the fun shopping and night life activities of Duval St. the place has a great pool to hang out in, comfortable rooms, and all the things needed for after adventuring. Hosts were more than pleasant, always responsive, and made us feel like we had support if we needed it, which we never did.

This is a great spot for your Key West vacation. I recommend anyone who stays here to stay more than three days so you can really relax and enjoy the Key West atmosphere. The location is walkable and centrally located. I walked to the Southernmost Point each morning and walked several times to Mallory Square. The place is great for groups, with two bedrooms and one pull out couch. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook.

This was the fifth trip to Key West for my wife and I, and the first with our adult children. This townhouse offered everything we required and more to experience all Key West has to offer. The location is perfect as it is walkable to all primary attractions, and yet private enough to have necessary time away from the activity. It greatly adds to the experience when you have a great host, and Harry was just that. He was proactive and thorough with all communication from booking to our last day. Provided flexibility as needed. I would highly recommended this location for anyone traveling to Key West.

Harry‘s place was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us. Amenities were abundant and location to the pool area couldn’t be better. Communication was easy as Harry responded quickly. We would definitely stay at Harry‘s place again.

It was just as it was described! Beautiful pools and great location but close to everything! We rented a golf cart for the week which was great! Rooms are a smidge tight, hit my legs on the bed frame turning the corner but bed was super comfy, lots of lights and plug ins for phones, watch, etc! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Harry for a wonderful week in paradise!

Harry’s place was perfect for my wife and me and our daughter and her friend. We didn’t use our car once because the townhouse is located steps from Duval St and everything you want to do in Key West. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has all one needs, and the space is well-designed for both privacy and socializing. When we go back to Key West, there’s no place we’d rather stay!

Harry was a great host! The place was in a great location, and very close to Duval Loop (free bus to get you around Key West). We were a family of 6, and the pool was a great part of that day for our kids after walking around Key West. Harry was a very responsive host, and gave clear instructions. Hint: If you stay here, no need to rent a car if you plan on staying in Old Town. Ubers are very quick and responsive.

Harry did a great job on communicating throughout the process and during our stay. His condo was conveniently located to everything but was far enough away to have some privacy away from all of the hustle and bustle of Duval street.

We have been to KW multiple times and have become particular about where we stay. Harry’s place and Harry checked off every box. Great location. And with all the amenities we needed. And a block away from a great Cuban bfast sandwich to a cool outdoor music scene to a fantastic restaurant….and even to a gallon of milk. This place was great. And Harry had us fully prepared for our arrival. Great communication!

The best way to see Key West is by foot. Key West historic district is just 2 miles wide. Virtually all tourist attractions are within walking distance. Alternative modes of transport are bike hire, Uber’s and there is plenty of parking options.
