House rules

1. We allow pets but we ask that we are advise which pets that you are bringing before arrival, breeds and sizes. There will be a compulsory non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. We reserve the right to hold the security deposit in full if the pets are not declared prior to arrival and guests may be asked to leave and will be considered in breach of the contract without refund. 2. All guests staying for 28 days or more will be asked to sign a separate one page agreement and provide a separate breakage deposit of $1,000 within 24 hours of arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours of departure assuming no damage and all rules have been observed and there are no additional agreed costs. We will also request a copy of a Government issued ID. 3. Guests have the option to have the pool heated in winter. There will be a fixed fee of $150 per week from the time that the heating request is made. Once the heating is on it will remain on for the remainder of the stay. We will request the full amount from the resolution center prior to activating the heating. 4. Please note that the house has a garage and an apartment at the front of the property in a totally separate building. The apartment will be occupied by different guests. The apartment guests do not have access to the pool area (parking is one space for house, one space for guest house) 5. The house sits directly on a golf course in the Reunion community. This is a huge complex covering 3 golf courses. As well as enjoying the amenities of the house, guests can use all facilities designated by the community including the gym and 4 pools. We provide a members fob which provides access to these amenities. It also allows guests access via the entrance gates. 6. Management fee is actually local tax fee which is 7.5%. This is remitted direct to the city by airbnb automatically and is non negotiable. The amenities that sits on this complex is split between the ownership of the community and the golf club. The golf club owns the golf courses and several pools and the water park within this complex. These are separate entities and entrance into these entities are privately controlled by the golf club. Access to the facilities owned by by the community is via the fob provided and come at no additional cost. 7.. The pool is for sole use of our house guests. The pool is not fenced and our guests use and safety is at their own risk. 8. Lost key fobs are charged at $100 per key fob. 9. The trash collection is at the sole responsibility of our guests. We ask guests to wheel out the trash to the road on Sunday night, Tuesday night (recycling) and Wednesday night and bring them in after collection. FULL ACTUAL ADDRESS PROVIDED 2 DAYS PRIOR ARRIVAL. Absolutely perfect stay fir me and my parents , nice and quiet spotlessly clean and comfy beds , harry always replied straight away and was always helpful with anything that we needed to ask or get assistance with , thank you for letting us stay in your home . Michelle x

This house was perfect!! Had everything we needed for the stay, felt right at home. There is even an adorable dog park around the corner from the house which was perfect for the dogs. Would definitely book again. Oh, can’t forget, the bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in….only wish I checked what kind it was before we checked out. Harry was also very responsive.

This was a great place that we’re sure to return to. The entire resort community is very well-kept with tons to do on site. The house itself is beautiful will brand new renovations and all the comfort needed to feel at home. Harry is a great host, always kind, helpful, and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate his hospitality in making it so!

Was a very nice place to stay. Issues were addressed immediately. In general, a very pleasant stay. Would stay here again and even changes to our reservation were no issue. I can really recommend staying there.

Harry was a fantastic host. Prior to our visit, I had a few questions, and Harry responded almost immediately to each of them and was descriptive in doing so. When I first got there, one of the blinds was broken and the Roku in the living room wasn’t working. I texted Harry, and within an hour, the problems were fixed. We needed hand towels and Harry had six quality hand towels delivered the next day! When I requested a late checkout, Harry granted it. Midway through our stay, I requested a cleaning. The cleaning ladies were friendly, efficient and did a great job. When we had a noise issue from the neighbors one night, Harry apologized profusely for it, though it clearly wasn’t his fault. Check-in and check-out were easy as very little is required of guests before leaving. Harry is kind, gracious and very responsive and really delivers on a beautifully-updated home with all the amenities you could want. We would rent from him again in a hot minute. He has raised the bar for AirBnb.
